I was diagnosed a year ago with Endometriosis. I am all used to the pain, however, the past few days I’ve had almost like a stitch pain in my right pelvic area and lower back. It does feel slightly like the pain I get during my period, which I get in between periods, just not with the stitch. It even hurts when I’m pushing down to pee. I know it could be many things, but does anyone else get this? I go to see the doctor on Monday, so will discuss, but I was just wondering.

Hi, I know this was a while ago but I've just started having the same and I wondered if it could be the same thing it started with it in my lower back and then moved round the side to the front. A bit like a pressure/stitch pain. I've seen a doctor and had a full blood count done and my kidney and liver function results were normal so the doctor thinks its muscular but I'm not convinced. Did you ever get to the bottom of what it was? Xx
