Recovery after laparoscopy and diathermy of endometriosis

Hi almost 3months ago I had keyhole surgery to remove endometriosis from my pelvis and bowel....my gp told me I should be fully recovered but my stomach has not felt the same. I'm constantly bloated and I feel like something is being stretched inside if I try and do any physical exercise.

I used to be quite active before and I feel quite down that I'm still feeling this way. Can anyone tell me how long it normally takes before you feel normal again...I had no idea I would still feel this way!
