Feel like I'm going mad!

Hello,

In the last 2 years I've had 2 surgeries, 1 to remove a large cyst and the other was to remove another cyst and my left ovary. Dr inserted Mirena coil, but I'm still suffering with Pelvic pain, and cramping after intercourse aswell as vaginal bleeding on any kind of physical activity. My consultant wants to perform another laparoscopy to remove the coil, a small cyst on the right ovary and ablation of the uterus. I'm 29 years old and asked him could this be Endometriosis? He didnt really give me an answer and just said we will do this procedure and if 3 months after surgery your still having issues we will do Full hysterectomy. I really think I have Endometriosis do any of my symptoms sound familiar?

I'm going out of my mind the pain gets to intense
