I also get this and faint. I have been told I get a sudden drop in iron levels, the amount I bleed and the sheer pain are the causes. All I do is stay in bed with my hot water bottle and painkillers which probably isn’t very helpful to you but that’s all I’m good for. I wish I had a magic cure!
Thank u yeah that’s what I thought it was I done bleed that much but must be levels changing .... I wish I could stay in bed but I have my own salon 🤦♀️ And work long hours hoping my operation date comes through soon , thanks for your reply xx
You could ask your GP to test your iron levels if work need proof. I found out this way that it takes 2 weeks for mine to get back to normal following a period. I’m currently off work sick but at work my mostly male libe management team struggle to believe endometriosis is not just period pains. Hope you are feeling better soon and that the operation date comes quickly.
It could also be due to the severity of the pain! I never had low iron levels but every month I get dizzy, nauseated and have to be careful that I don’t black out. I still get a rush of pain around my ‘monthly’ even though I’m on zoladex! Also think about your breathing - if your anxious /in pain then you could be hyperventilating which can cause dizziness and fainting!
