Severe Back Pain

Hi everyone,

I am in the middle of a really bad endometriosis flare up. I habe extremely sharp back pain alongside stomach pain, groin pain, diarrhoea, sickess and a lack of energy. The pain is at a real peak and I don't know if I ahpuld go to A&E?

Any advice would be welcome.
