any advice on where to go next?

Like everyone on here I have a long story, but I will explain briefly and I will quickly get to the point of my post! Constant pain in back, left side of abdomen and much worse with periods.

Laparoscopy 12 years ago - inconclusive

marina coil - removed due to it growing into the side of my uterus

Ablation in August this year to deal with pain/bleeding

IBS diagnosis given over 20 years ago - taking all kinds of medication with no effects.

I am now trying to go back to see the gynecologist to potentially have another laparoscopy to see if they can find and deal with any endo. My appointment with GP today (where I tried so hard to hold it together) I explained I am at a point where I need some kind of help with constant pain, bloating and constipation. My GP gave me the usual line he says 'lots of women suffer with these symptoms' and I was sent away without a referral to go back to the gynecologist a prescription for some peppermint and a letter to have some blood tests!

Tried so hard to pretend I am not in pain and 'get on with it' as It makes me feel worse if I focus on how awful I feel!

I am an emotional wreck now after over 20 years of trying to feel better

Please can anyone offer me advice on what to do next? :(
