Mid Cycle Pain

Does anyone get particularly painful, lengthy mid cycle pain and have any ideas how to manage? Im 3 months post lap and struggling to cope.

Hi, yes I get particularly bad pain in the middle of my cycle and I can usually tell which ovary I am ovulating from-I usually bleed a little too. Other than pain killers (pregabalin, paracetamol, codeine/tramadol) I find a hot bath and hot water bottle is quite soothing.

I would say the same I can be quite unwell when I’m ovulating.. but pain killers and hot baths , try and relax as much as pos
