Hi Guys,
I've just had my MRI to see how deep/severe my endo has gotten in the last year and I am now awaiting my lap date.
Any ideas on the waiting list time at St Mary's in Manchester?
And how to hurry it up? I am in serve pain each day.
Thanks

I was referred mid-September 2018 and got my date for 1st March 2019.
Hi, I was referred by my GP in April 2018, had consultation in September, MRI in November, I've got my sigmoidoscopy tomorrow and finally received my laparoscopy appointment letter yesterday for April and it's when we're on holiday! I've given them the dates I'm not available 3 times and typically the appointment is for then! I will have to ring and rearrange it today so hopefully I won't have to wait too much longer as it will be over 12 months since my gp referral. Which Dr are you under? They will have different waiting lists, but it is just an awful waiting game I'm afraid Xx
I called the hospital today to rearrange the laparoscopy date, and they said because I had been waiting too long I would be struck off the list and had to go back to my gp and get referred again! Honestly it's the most ridiculous situation! I wasn't prepared to accept that as it was their error, so they are trying to fit me in on March. I'm awaiting a call back next week, but I'm going tomorrow for a sigmoidoscopy so I'll see if they have any updates for me 🤞
I had my MRI in June 2018, and my follow up appointment to discuss the results isn't until March 2019.
I was seen at St Mary’s today, and they said the wait would be until towards the end of the year.
