Anyone else!!? Sorry for the long post
I have had probably for the best part of the past year middle back pain it feels like behind my ribs can be on the right side but lately it’s been the left side more so it’s either one or the other (most of my endo was found during lap left side), the weird part is it started off only being when I was due on and on my period lasted a day or two when I finally came off then nothing for rest of the month. Then it slowly became more frequent throughout the month!
Now it’s almost daily. The even stranger part is... I only get it around 4am ish maybe 3.30am until I wake up, I go for a wee & that relieves it slightly then it lingers for a few hours if I wake at 7.30 it’s normally eased off by 10.30/11.30am heat helps it slightly.
I have slight scoliosis of my spine which has dramatically improved by chiropractic sessions with a reknowned chiropractor who treated major sports people and Olympic stars I have asked him could it be muscular, a knott, my posture, my bed even... and he said your posture is great... not muscular or no knotting he doesn’t understand why I get this issue.
It’s disrupting my sleep every day which isn’t good with general endo fatigue I think early hours if your awoken it’s hard to get back into a deep sleep again and fully rest. Iv been awake today since around 4.15 I think I half slept since then till 7.30.
It’s starts as a dull ache abit like stitch I wriggle about to get comfy and it doesn’t help then leading to sharp stab pains and almost like my side is going to crumble. It’s horrible
