I am 34 years old for the past 3 years I have had pelvic pain..it used to come and go and only seemed to flare up when I was very stressed out however 3 months ago the pelvic pain became constant almost like a pinching and sometimes stabbing pain..tbe past 3 months I have also had largish blood clots in my period only on the heavy days I have regular periods every month no spotting in between etc however this month I also have bad cramps..i never have cramps with my period which is strange for me to be in pain like this..a year ago I had a transvaginal scan and all was clear and had lots of blood tests done again all fine.
I have slept on a sofa for over a year due to circumstances out of my control.. a few weeks ago i started to get bad coccyx pain and back and neck pain also burning sensation in my bum cheeks and legs the doc said it could be due to sleeping in the sofa I may have damaged nerves and has requested blood tests if I want having the blood clots in period and cramps then I would of put the pelvic pain down to the nerve problem but because of the clots and cramps I'm starting to worry that the pelvic pain is linked to that..
I have been reading about endometriosis but would that not have shown up on tbe scan i had last year? I was wondering if anyone had these symptoms I also read about endometrial cancer which has scared me quite abit. I had a smear done 2 months ago and still waiting for the results which are taking 16 weeks

Scans and blood tests are not a conclusive way to diagnose endometriosis and a normal scan or blood test does not mean that you do not have endometriosis.
The only definitive way to diagnose endometriosis is by a laparoscopy. This is an operation in which a camera (a laparoscope) is inserted into the pelvis via a small cut near the navel. This allows the surgeon to see the pelvic organs and any endometrial implants and cysts.
You may find Endometriosis UK's information sheet "Understanding Endometriosis" helpful as it gives examples of symptoms, including some of those you describe yourself as having. You can find it here:
I would suggest you keep a diary of pain and symptoms so you and your GP can get a better idea of exactly what you are feeling and when. You can find an example here:
I know if it is difficult but try not to read too much and scare yourself. Your symptoms could be a number of things and may also be unrelated to each other so please keep going to see your doctor and hopefully you will get some answers.
