I had a laparoscopic op 3 weeks ago to remove endo, ovary and tube along with a bowel shave. Long op and first couple of days were rough. I felt uncomfortable but didn’t take any strong painkillers once I got home and just stuck to over the counter. Stitches seemed to be healing nicely too. Problem is for the last few days my stomach has got so swollen and hard it’s painful - feels like it did almost straight after op. I’m eating regularly now and wonder if that’s too much ? Should I go back to soup and yoghurt? Is this normal? I’m worried something has gone wrong inside. Any advice would be great - thanks x
