Enlarged ovary and complex cyst

Hi , hope you all are doing fine Yesterday I made an ultrasound scan , and the doctor found out that my left ovary is enlarged ( from 2.5cm to 6.5cm) , and also there is a cyst in the same ovary. The cyst is complex type, the doctor is not sure yet what type is it. I also made an CA125 test. I'm still waiting for the test results. Ihope that it will not be necessary to make another surgery , since I already had an cyst removed ( laparotomy ) two years ago
