I am 5 weeks post op and have a question... has anyone else has problems when they sneeze or cough they loose there bladder control. I don’t full on wet myself but a bit does come out. Sorry for to much information, I am just a little concerned.

I had same thing and went on for a while, but it eventually will go away. I think that mine had to do with the catheter that was fitted. During my first lap, I had no catheter and didn't have that issue.

Yup. Side effect of anesthetic and op in few weeks after surgery. Continued at a mild level for a few months for me post op but definitely does improve once you start exercising and stretching again.

it's a side effect of the anaesthetic; it affects the bladder muscles. Also depending on what's been done or how inflamed it all is inside the pelvic floor muscles can be a bit weak for a while.

They'll both recover in time. xx
