It goes all over my clothes, through a pad, gives me headaches, lightheaded due to the amount of blood I am loosing, can’t sit on any light furniture incase I bleed through.
At my wits end with this!
The pill doesn’t work, tranexamic acid puts me into labour pains where I need to be given morphine.
At a complete loss as to what to do now.

What pills have you tried? I was given Brevinor due to this issue and told to take it back to back and haven't even spotted since being on it. I hadn't heard of it before but its been a miracle so you could try it?
I'm so sorry you're so sore that sucks! I spent 3 years going through various pain killers to find what could manage my pain.
Tranexamic acid was a nightmare for me as well and I settled on a mixture of Mefenamic Acid and Pregablin. There's also sleeping pills don't forget. Ask your doctor for a trycyclic (like pamelor or nortryptyline) as they are a combined sleeping pill and anti-depressant and can help level you out when you're hormonal and may help combat part of your heavy flow.
When it comes to period/endo pain, you'll want to keep away from opiods as much as possible as they're addictive and can actually exacerbate your period side affects. Not least, you'll want them for when it's really bad.
For your bleeding, I'm afraid it seems like your only option is surgery as that sort of uncontrollable bleeding comes from the over-production of endometrial cells and it needs to be excised to get you back to a normal level before you can then manage the pain you feel.
I would ask your doctor for a mirena coil and then combine it with a progesterone only pill if it's still too heavy, if you're not ready to look at your surgery options. If you go for surgery, you will most likely wake up with a mirena coil anyway as they are really helpful in combating endo re-growth.
It took me 11 years to be diagnosed and I have heard every excuse under the sun to not give me treatment. Tell you doctor what's wrong, how you want it treated and if they are not willing to give you exactly what you want, get a second opinion as soon as possible. Endometriosis can be entirely manageable if caught early enough.
Defo go back to your gp as there may be other things you haven’t tried.
I know a lot of endo ladies also double up on pads. It’s not ideal but it may be worth considering.
I use cloth pads as well, they seem to be able to hold much more. I don’t use them in work as it can be difficult to wash and store them when they need changing but I do use them at home and at night.
