Tricycle pill

Hi....i have a question. I tri cycle my pill (yasmin) as advised by my consultant and have been for 2 years. Recently i started to struggle during 3rd pack so dropped down to running 2 packs together. Ive gone back to 3 this time and in my first week of new pack. Today ive started spotting and now wondering should i have my 7 day break and let my body have a period or try to push through with pill tl the end of the pack?

Also could this mean my endo is getting worse as the pill isn't controlling my periods as much as it did?

Any advice would help!
