HELP!! TMI POST!

Hey! (Sorry in advance)

I'm really confused..for the last two months I've come on inbetween my periods..It was 9 days after I came off last month and 12 days this month..woke up this morning and it's really red/black with bits of what I'm assuming clots? I don't normally bleed and my periods have been regular..Could it be that my endo is getting worse! Also the pains are soo much stronger when bleeding inbetween!! Last month i thought it was because my GP had put me on sertraline (for anxiety) so stopped taking them..had a normal period at the end of the month and thought everything was back to normal..Maybe not! My mum (who had endo and had hysterectomy) said it's my endo either playing up or getting worse..I've got my consultant app this month..so hopefully get some answers!
