Hello ladies, I've found something that has really helped me, i feel better with more energy and my pain is so much better and i only need standard painkillers to control my pain. I take 2 a day and if you are struggling i reccommend you try this, it may not work for everyone but for £10 on amazon its worth a try.

I've recently just started trying this! I've only been taking for the past two weeks but have already noticed a difference in my hormones, normally I suffer really bad pms after ovulation but I haven't had any problems with it since taking this! I haven't had my period yet so can't comment on the pain. I've also been taking DIM alongside this as this is supposed to help with excess estrogen and it seems to be working! Xx

I have also had great success with vitex and also DIM- these two do the same thing, get rid of estrogen which is the main culprit of causing so much pain during periods, pretty much estrogen is the fertilizer that lets endometriosis grow. I would truly recommend anyone with period pain try it, you will need to take it for atleast a month to feel result in your next cycle. I don't travel anywhere without mine now, even my fiancé asks if I have too much pain during my period if I have taken my DIM this month.
