Excruciating period pain along with trapped wind

Hi guys I was up all night last night doubled over in pain which felt like period pain and trapped gas to the point it made me feel sick with pain I still have it now I can’t actually stand up straight the pressure in my abdomen and it even travels up my bum I feel terrible does anyone suffer from this on their period? Any input or advise would be much appreciated I am at my wits end 😞😖

I get really bad trapped wind whilst on my period not sure why and I also get shooting pains up my bum (sounds horrible) xx

Thanks for your reply tinker bell yes I also get that why does that happen it’s so sore and my hole body tenses up I can’t relax it’s just awful isn’t it xx

It’s the worst. I’ve just had the coil fitted and am getting the same pain like I’m on my period but without the blood. I honestly don’t know why it happens it’s weird xx
