Urinating blood

I wasn't sure if I peed blood or it was just my period until today, I'm on the 4th day of my period and have hardly bled (just spotting) and a few times I've gone to the toilet it's been bright red and when I've wiped there's just been a tint of pink from my pee (so sorry for the tmi btw) I know I don't have endo on the outside of my bladder as it was checked but can you have endo on the inside of your bladder without it been on the outside? xx

Hey, they perform a cystoscopy (idk if that’s spelt right) but that checks if there’s endo inside the bladder.

This will sound tmi haha but I pee blood during my period and on the tissue as well even if my flow is light. I didn’t have endo on or in my bladder.

It’s hard to tell where it’s coming from though xx

No as they didn’t find anything on my bladder xx

I have my second lap on Monday so I'm gonna speak to the surgeon about it, I tried googling it (as you do aha) but it didn't say whether or not you can have deep endometriosis in the bladder without having superficial xx

Yes you can have endo inside the bladder and the blood could form cysts

Thanks for your reply, I found out during my excision surgery my ureter had endo on it and it was stuck to my pelvic wall but the surgeon said this wouldn't cause me to urinate blood so not sure what to think
