A little lost, endometriosis?

I have had problem periods the last 11 years, over last two I've had worse problems, including with my bowels, and painful sex. in the last two years I have constant lower abdominal pains, pain during sex which never had issues prior. Two doctors said could be endometriosis. My ultrasound was clear, and now have to wait 6 weeks to see a gynacologist. Does anyone have constant issues opposed to just associated with menstrual cycle? I take contraception so I don't have to have a period as my periods are so bad painful and irregular. I'm desperately looking for a cause to my pain and problems. And advice helpful thank you

Yes, I have endometriosis and I take the pill constantly to stop my periods and experience all of that. Except for the ultrasound, but the only reason doctors can see something is wrong on the ultrasound is because I have cysts and i have had so much internal bleeding my organs are tied together and they are able to see that.

Thank you so much for replying. It's been lots of different doctors and tests over this last year and I just want some answers to the pain and bleeding.
