Severe pain following lap....

I had my third laposcopy back in June and got changed to a different pill... I was on Cerrazette and now on Yasmin. I have had such heavy periods since... one every fortnight.... and the stabbing twisting pain is back in the same place I had the endo cells removed. The surgeon did say i was riddled with it and it was in and around my womb too but i am so scared its not all gone or come back ... surely not already!!

Or could this just be my body still recovering internally from the trauma?

I never had pain after following my previous laps but then i dont think i had as much removed as this time

Its literally taken all my energy and strength this week not to give up... as all I want to do is sleep to try and forget the pain. I thought when i had this lap that I'd be pain free for a year or so but this is just so disappointing that I am still suffering so much

Any help or advice would be much appreciated as its you ladies who i rely on so i feel I am not alone...
