Medication interactions?

Hi

I’m just wondering, I have been taking both Sertraline and Mefenamic acid for quite some time now and I have only just discovered that they interact with each other, im worried about this as Sertraline really helps with my anxiety/depression, I don’t want to not take the mefenamic acid because it kinda helps....

Any reassurance or advice would be much appreciated 😊
