Hi, I was just wondering if anyone deals with fatigue and how they deal with it?
Does changing your diet help? If so any tips?
Thank you In advance 😊

I'd be interested to know too!!
Some dietary changes do help as allergies / sensitivies can make our body sluggish; I've reduced wheat and dairy which has helped quite a bit. I'm staring to look into cutting out sugar altogether (or as much as I can) and having complex carbs more as they take longer to digest thus help with balanced sugar levels - I've upped my protein as that takes longer / more energy to digest thus releases it's own energy slowly. Diet changes do take up to 6 weeks to have an effect.
Supplements can help, not sure which, perhaps some of the ladies can help? I take multivitamins anyway.
Fatigue is my worst symptom and so hard to help.
Diet has not helped me (but I have a pretty good diet anyway so maybe I would just be worse). Sometimes exercise gives me that boost but I have to be very careful to know my limits and not over do it, it is a thin line I’m still learning to walk on. I also try to drink lots of water and sometimes an isotonic/rehydration drink seem to help.
My main focus is pacing myself. I tend to go from 0-100 (on a rare good day I feel obliged to do everything) but now I try to do 50% at everything
