Hi ladies, so good to see this community. Was just wondering if anyone else has experienced lethargy after their op and how long it lasts. It’s my 3rd op but can’t remember how I felt after the other 2. I had a 13cm cyst and tube, some endo and adhesions removed last week. It took so many years to be diagnosed. I completely changed my diet, so strongly support that. I paid privately to see an endo specialist as NHS gave up on me. He said I was an ‘enigma’ as had ‘frozen pelvis’ (chronic endo), but no pain. I put that down to diet and exercise. Xxx

I felt very lethargic after my op and I only had minor bits of Endo removed, so it’s completely normal that you feel this way. I couldn’t even walk up the stairs with out getting out of breathe! It takes a while for the inside of you to heal aswell, the body takes time to recover from such a shock x
