Unexplained pelvic and abdo pain

Hi!

I am a 26 year old female and I have recently come off the progesterone only pill for anxiety reasons. I have always experienced pelvic and abdominal pain during sex and extremely irregular periods, however since coming off the pill I have had what I initially thought were new unrelated symptoms. I have had mild rectal pain followed by severe pelvic and lower abdominal pain (bilateral but only one side at a time) that is worse after peeing and so bad that I sometimes can’t walk, along with upper thigh and lower back pain and it tends to last for a few days. This has happened twice in the last month - the first time I was sent to A&E where doctors thought I had a kidney infection or stone and gave me antibiotics (urine, external ultrasound, and blood tests were clear but my urine was very diluted as id drank a lot of water thinking it was a UTI) but the pain came back worse within 3 weeks (I have had one period during this time that was very heavy, my first period since coming off the pill). I had a pelvic exam and was told I had a pelvic infection however pelvic swabs have come back clear. My blood tests are normal and my CA125 level is 8.5 u/mL. I am awaiting a transvaginal ultrasound and was wondering if these could be endo pains or ovulation pains that anyone else has experienced?
