Back ache

Does anyone else get that weird feeling when trying to lie down ? It’s like my hips dislocate and my spine won’t lie flat at the base and I can not get comfortable. I know it sounds odd but it’s the best way to explain it 😂 then the jump legs start 😫

It doesn’t sound strange to me at all. But before I share too much of my story can I ask if you feel as though your buttocks aren’t level when you’re lying flat - is that what you mean? As though one isn’t touching the floor/ bed?

Exactly what I've been going through lately! It's really hard to describe this to people who don't have endo, but you nailed it. The spasms/hip and torso pain/sleeplessness have gotten worse for me lately, so I went to my doctor and told her I do not want another surgery if I can help it. She's sending me back to the pelvic floor physical therapist, and has kicked me in the butt (gently) to get back into my yoga (which is specific designed for those who suffer from pelvic floor disorders). Unfortunately, this is a lifetime thing for a lot of us. But as my doctor and I discussed, you have to keep on top of things because your pelvic floor is compromised.
