What next after decapeptyl?

Hi ladies. Hope you're all well. I'm due to see my consultant in a couple of weeks for a check up. It's been 4 years since I had surgery and have had various treatments but have been on decapeptyl for almost 2 years. It seems to have been working until the last 2 months. I'm in pain every day to some degree varying from mild to full endo pain. I'm not sure if this means decapeptyl is no longer working for me which I was told would happen at some stage, or whether something else is going on.

I guess my main concern is that there doesn't seem to be many non surgical options after this and I feel a little at the end of the road treatment wise.

My is wonders if there's maybe some organs stuck together. what was other people's symptoms of this?
