Pain starting again 🙄

The pain and nausea I get before my period is starting up again which means my dreaded period is nearly here 😫

Does anyone else get like painful bowel movements a few days before their period and during?

I keep getting sharp pains around my ovaries and certain movements makes it worse. I sneezed before and got the worse pain ever.

I’m due to play in a tournament tomorrow and scared I could start during the round and not be able to carry on or walk.

I get this too and I have stage 3 endo in pod so I think that's what causes it, was also told sudden pain from sneezing is cos I have endo in both ligaments xx

All I know from my pelvic exams is two endo specialist picked up on adnexal tenderness which links to the ovaries and uterus etc.

But guess I’ll have to wait for my lap at the end of the month xx

Fingers crossed you get some answers xx

I get terrible bowel issues leading up to and during period; I go from being constipated to diarrhoea ☹️ and up to 5 times a day. I also get pain near lower left hip I used to think it was ovary pain because of where the pain came from but I know now it is because that is where my endo tends to grow. I struggle to sit down in certain positions and walking can be painful too always worse before and during my periods everything makes it worse ☹️ it feels like spasms very sharp and painful enough to stop you from being able to do what you are doing. I said it before your symptoms sound very similar to mine ( not sure if that makes you feel better) I hope they can squeeze you in sooner than 31st xoxo

I’m completely sympathetic and you must put your health first rather than the golf ☹️ see how you feel.

It’s awful the way we dread our periods in the same.

Hope you feel better soon xoxo

Mine changes between constipation and diarrhoea which gets so bad on the first couple of days of my period.

I rang the hospital today but they can’t see me any sooner than the 31st.

If I do struggle on the course tomorrow, I can get my mate to pick me up on a buggy since he works there. But hopefully I get away with it just for the day. Xxx
