Does anyone else get really bad back pain with Endo? Or is this another issue? By the end of the day im in so much pain. It normally seem to get worse before and after my period.

I'm the same (although only have suspected endometriosis at this point). I feel winded, it is crushing. Prior to covid I travelled a lot for work, using public transport, I would be sitting for most of the day but by the time I travelled back it was unbearable in an out of my mind kind of way.

Yeah i cant sit for more than an hour without being in pain 😭 its so frustrating. I just feel so annoyed because im only 27 and feel like I have the body of an 80 year old 🙄 xx

Yeah, I have to keep changing positions, being at home this year has helped but have to take more breaks away from my computer than usual but I can at least lie down if desperate. Can't be easy for you working in a nursery. I do try and exercise, despite it triggering cramps, I'm still trying to strengthen my core hoping it will help in the long run.

Yes, I am suspected endo, but this is one of my main symptoms. Lower back pain and sometimes pain in the kidney region. It also gets worse before and after my period. It seems to get triggered by certain foods and drinks e.g coffee, diet sodas and alcohol

Nothing really triggers my pain, i just have to move around (i work in a nursery) and by the end of the day i feel crippled and start to seize up. 😔

I also get weird kidney pain, triggered by too much caffeine or protein (I don't eat meat but have noticed if I ever eat something that has extra protein) I always linked it to my kidney surgery but now I'm wondering if, like you, this is all linked to endo.

I dont get the kidney pain i dont think, mine is mainly severe back pain, weak bladder, cramping, pain when i need a wee, pain during intercourse and heavy painful periods oh and hair loss.
