Changes in period 🙄

Ok so I’m a little bit confused and maybe a little worried...... I’m not sure!

My last few periods have been really odd compared to my “normal” ones. Towards the end of it all I’m getting blood still (a lot) but it changes from the bright red to a really dark red almost brown looking, it’s not discharge it’s blood, I know all about the retrograde bleeding etc but is this normal?? I’ve had loads of pain in my lower back and left side also the last few months. Only got my next appointment for the pain management clinic in August, still feels like forever away even though we are now July!

Any thoughts? Xxx

What's changed over the last 6 to 3 month? our cycles can be very sensitive to weather, diet, stress etc. Sometimes cycles just change, it's odd I know.

The pain needs looking into, perhaps talk to your pain management clinic about brining the appointment forward due to new symptoms?
