Does laproscopy cause more adhesions

I have adhesions and i want to know can i get pregnant with adhesions so i can avoid the lap

I was told that it can cause adhesions and its just part of the weighing up process in deciding whether or not to go ahead with the lap.

Adhesions won't always have an impact on fertility, same with endo, it'll just depend on where they are and how they affect everything. If you're already having fertility issues, the lap could help, it just depends on the trains for having it and weighing up if any risks are worth it.
