Endo diet and ttc journey

Hi girls

If I follow endometriosis diet for one year does this will help me to get pregnant

My ttc journey will start next year.

so does this will help me if I start now?

Hey!

Congratulations trying for a baby is so exciting! If not daunting with our illness, I wish you all the best! (I'm trying too!).

I spoke to my gynae consultant about the endo diet, he is a specialist in endo, and he said unless yours is all around your bowel that changing your diet does t usually affect anything. I eat a lot of fruit and veg, healthy BMI etc so I don't think he was too worried about endo diet with me but from what he was saying the endo diet is mainly to help the bowel/GI side of things?

I haven't changed my diet too much but I'm taking folic acid and have cut down on diet coke (omg my teeth are so much better but by God I miss it!).

Hope that helps? I know everyone gets told different things about this stuff! But I think as long as you have balanced diet thats the main thing when TTC? Others may have different advice and may have been told different things (I am all ears! Any tips appreciated!) But that's what I've been told so far.

I have bowel issues my whole problem is in the bowel and bladder it is good that the diet will help my bowel issues

If you use folic acid why you didn’t use

I had stage two, mine was round my bowel as well! So painful.

I found out last week that I'm 5weeks pregnant and didn't even realize!!! I was told I had a very high risk of not being able to conceive at all!!!

How have you been feeling? Have you tried the endo diet yet? Xx

No i am not gonna try it actually because of my weight i was 48 kilograms but these days i got worse with the disease i have nausea every night every morning every time

And i lost a lot of weight i am now likely 38 killograms

I don’t eat at all I am crying because of my Body it was so beautiful but now omg i do not know what happened to it i didn’t realize that until all of my family said for me that i am so skinny and I look terrible i want my body to back normal but I don’t know how endo diet will make me loose more weight 😭😭 i was so excited to try it but I cannot handle all of that
