feeling really down

My period is due on Thursday, I am already starting to get bowel symptoms and period-type cramps. I am in the process of moving house and all the lifting and twisting has made me feel worse I think. I am also soooo tired and hormonal. I still don't have my lap date either, and just feeling really deflated about everything Sat at work tired with a belly ache and cramps. I just want to know either way what's going on...

Hey, sorry you’re feeling down and stuff, I know how you are feeling. I was lifting heavy objects yesterday and think I burst a cyst or something as I had a sharp pain in my right ovary for hours after.

Just try and take it easy which I know is hard as moving house can be stressful. Have you taken any painkillers to try and help the cramps? Xx
