Hi. I am going to Tulum in Mexico next month and am a bit worried about my supplements... as I am going for 10 days, I can't just skip all the natural supplements that I take to manage my symptoms... 10 days could make a bit difference. Even flying from Scotland to London, I've been questioned about them!
Any advice for traveling with supplements?

I'm surprised you've been questioned. I always travel with supplements and I don't even take them in their bottles, I just take what I need for my trip in little zip lock bags. I always laugh about how suspect it looks but it's never been an issue. I've travelled to ibiza with a zip lock bag full of pills in my hand luggage and it didn't even raise an eyebrow! 😂 I've gone further afield too, went to Mauritius with all my pills and a big zip lock bag of protein powder.
What if you put them in your check in luggage? They'd be less likely to be seen.
I just think that we're not doing anything dodgy so there's nothing to hide. I'm sure it would be less dodgy looking if they're in their original packaging. I've just taken them out, as I didn't want to take 10 bottles with me.
Thanks. Ill prob do that. I used to fly to London and back every month practically, and was only ever questioned at Luton. Maybe due to frequency of travel!
Not all supplements we get here are legal in other countries. Not sure about cbd and serrapeptase... and not all things legal elsewhere are allowed here! (I hope to find some melatonin!😊)
Yeah you would be best checking the legality for things especially cbd. Mine were usually just magnesium and that type of thing. Don't want you imprisoned for being a drug mule! 😂
