Hiya

So I've been recommending Serrapeptase for a while now and thought I'd share how it's helped me. I started taking one 250,000 SPU tablet on an empty stomach towards the end of February and I've noticed:

- Less abdominal pressure, flatter stomach and weight loss

- Less pelvic pain, reduced by 80% hardly take prescribed pain relief now

- Reduced PMS, breasts feel good, no longer feel heavy and uncomfortable

- Lighter periods, no blood clots, still a bit of pain just before and funnily enough after my period

- No smell down there, no UTIs or thrush

- Ankles and feet are less swollen

- Lumps on right shin have virtually gone

- No eye floaters

- Improved skin and cellulite (only had a bit on bum cheeks anyway)

- Less sweating and body odour

- Less headaches and sleep better

- Reduced cyst on foot

- More energy, haven't felt this 'good' in years

- Reduced constipation and rectal bleeding is virtually non existent

- helped with cold symptoms, less severe

I do have the odd flare up now and then and I increase the dose also take some wonderful vitamins and apple cider vinegar at night.

I did research before hand, doesn't interact with my thyroxine and you know what it works for me and I so wish the NHS prescribed it.

Will be interesting to hear what they say after my surgery if it's shrunk my fibroids, destroyed the endometriosis everywhere, cysts, unblocked tubes etc but man I feel like it's saved my life!

Feel free to ask any questions as I'm happy to help.

Hello Cheetara!

Interested to read all of the benefits you have experienced taking Serrapeptase! Thanks for sharing :) I am just about to start taking it it as I have a cyst on my ovary and rectal bleeding. I was just wondering how surgery went and whether it had shrank any of your cysts?

I am excited to get started on it! Hoping it agrees with me and makes a difference :)

I started taking this to treat endometriosis. Did you take this and happen to have the Implanon birth control implant? I'm worried it may compromise it since Serrapeptase attacks foreign bodies/scar tissue?? I started taking it a few days ago and today I feel like the area around my implant is a little itchy.
