Post laprascospy and stopping GNRH injections

Hi everyone, hope you're all okay. Looking to see everyone's experiences. I had a laproscopy 2 weeks ago for stage 4 endo from my bowel, uterus and bladder. They also removed 2 4cm cysts from each ovary. I had 2 injections in March and April. They've now stopped this so I can fall pregnant. I've recovered well, but the past week I've been feeling very hot and cold with headaches and stomach aches, anyone else had this? Is it from stopping injections.
