Castor oil

Has anyone tried castor oil to help bloating and has it worked. I’m thinking of buying some tomorrow but need to help with bloating and get a little bit of my figure back 😫

Castor oil packs are amazing I think relaxing and help clear inflammation and toxins out the body. Don't do it while your on your period though. I think it may help with your bloating hun you can only try 😘💖

Hey, I haven’t bought it yet as I’m still undecided whether it will work or not. I’ve seen things online but i don’t know if it’s reliable info etc xx
