Has anyone tried using castor oil packs?

I seem to be having way less pain since using castor oil packs. In the hope of reducing the size of/ eliminating fibroids and endometriosis. My stomach is always flatter immediately after using them. And the more that I use them the less painful my periods are.

Just a thought to share with you all. πŸ’•

I agree. I’ve been using caster oil packs and then massaging my belly after. I find it so relaxing and when I massage after I instantly feel refreshed and relaxed. Recommend it to anyone to try they say just don’t use while on you period. I think it’s really helped my symptoms along with yoga too 😊

Ah yes! I forgot to add that it isn't to be used during menstruation. Thanks for sharing that!

Yoga used to help me, too, but then I broke my toe, twice! So have had to give up yoga. I didn't break it doing yoga.

Wishing you blessed and better health. πŸ’•

Why not during the period? I have used it during the period and it helps wverything to relax and reduces pain.

Apparently it causes increased menstrual flow. Because it increases blood circulation. Which is why (I think) it helps reduce pain because it reduces blood stagnation and cramps from lack of circulation.

Wishing you better health. πŸ’•

It is really relaxing. Totally different than just using a hot water bottle. 😊

Also, have you tried magnesium spray on your abdomen? If not, do!

You need a hot water bottle, organic castor oil, and a cotton flannel. You pour castor oil on your abdomen and soak the flannel in it. Then apply the hot water bottle over it. You leave it on for an hour. And perhaps sip a soothing herbal tea and listen to something relaxing. Raspberry tea is very good at stopping menstrual cramps. It also contains iron. Which is useful if you suffer from anemia. Due to heavy bleeding.

Good luck! Enjoy! πŸ˜ŠπŸ’•

I recommend Naissance (on Amazon) for the organic castor oil. The other items anywhere will do.

Yes I agree with you, both castor oil packs and magnesium spray are amazing. I use the magnesium Spray with aloe Vera in to stop any itching the magnesium can cause, I’ve not used it on the belly tho, so I may try that one. I currently spray it on my back and sciatic right thigh and it massively helps ease it. Also I spray on soles of feet as body absorbs it better that way. It helps you sleep at night too.
