‘Pain therapy Intrasound’ Home treatment units - anyone tried them?

So these are for sale in boots in the pain relief section: intrasound therapy units.

I wondered if anyone has tried one for their endo before I go paying £100 for one. They say they increase blood flow to an area - I’m not sure if that would be a good idea or not, but my pain is throughout my cycle so don’t know if it’ll necessarily make things worse.

I hugely rely on my TENS machine but it’s getting expensive to keep replacing the pads and the overuse is playing havoc with the condition of my skin.

Any thoughts appreciated!
