On bad days I can feel swollen lymph nodes without touching them in armpits, close to clavicle and in groin. Anyone else? Is there a way for testing lymphatic system for endometriosis?

Endo In lymphatic system
Wow, really you can feel them? You must be trim, proper weight?
In a pelvic CT scan all of my lymph nodes were enlarged, a few at 1.5cm. I am overweight so I don't believe I could notice/feel them? :/ Those scan results really frightened me (cancer, right?). My Gyn/Onc said it simply could have been I was fighting an infection, an intestinal bug that day (as I looked back all was "normal" those days around the CT). The pelvic mri, done afterwards, did not note enlarged lymph nodes.
I have wondered if Endo is irritates lymph nodes? I am only now just looking into researching this. I had Adeno, no endo at the time. I also have adhesions, confirmed by last surgery being a failed (dense matter, couldn't enter instruments) and figured that could maybe irritate lymph nodes if there is a lot of inflammation from them? My PT and one OB suspects Endo due to my symptoms and history, others don't agree because no endo was found in previous surgeries, but it's been 9 years since anyone was in there (to remove Adeno) so we don't know unless I do another surgery. That Ob who thinks it's possible says endo may have been microscopic then. I am also overweight by about 20 lbs and as we all know fat increases our chance of endo.
I share all this in case you have had similar issues and because I have not read about lymph node association with Endo (or Adhesions). However, maybe we can find links and share here?
