So Fed up and confused

As tge title says im totally fed up long story short had polp removed from womb last year and coil put in. Had laparoscopy done found mild endometriosis and took it away also found adhesions around my colon. went for mri results showed ovarian cysts on both ovaries and a swollen fallopian tube so went for internal scan next day doesnt show tube is swollen and cyst put down to time of d month. So fed up pain everyday in my lower left pelvic area into my groin and no diagnose for it. Referred to a bowel doc now. my question is how can 1 scan show 1 thing and change d next day? not back to see gyne for 6 months now.
