8 months Zoladex

Hi,

I’ve just had an 8 month course of Zoladex and had my last injection 3 weeks ago. Waiting to have another lap but haven’t had the appointment yet.

I was wondering how long it took for everyone’s bleeding and symptoms to return?

Hello,

Personally for me they were the best thing ever! And I really don’t want to stop them but due to the long term side effects I have to. How have you found them X

I am sorry to hear that.

Yes I have heard the long term side effects are not great.

I was advised on the 3rd I would do 6 ‘months of Zoladex then have another operation.

As I can see which is the case for you too - however then me/my family are all wondering what will be the next form of medication after the second operation. :s

So far a couple of mini hot flushes but were luckily just at home and I’m a cold person anyways!

Then most recently Thursday, Friday and Monday horrible headache/ migraines .. but luckily ibuprofen and paracetamol got rid of it!
