I don't tend to get painful periods but I do suffer from the odd sharp shooter to really long deep achy cramps pretty much everyday. I find the run up to a period is when everything gets a bit more intense. I find being on a period is a bit of a relief till I start finishing then all hell breaks out for a bit.

Yes I do. I never used to, it would only be my period that caused pain but for the last 18 months I've been getting a daily ache and occasional sharp or stabbing pains in my abdomin or one side of my abdomin. These can last minutes, come in waves for hours on end or last days on end with no reason or pattern. Often find them as bad or worse than period pains. It's the unpredictability that gets me down. Can feel ok then hellish within the hour

Yeah this is what's its been like the lead up to the past 3 periods have been hell back ache stabbing pains and even abdomen pains rather that pelvic to the point I have to be sick because it makes me super hot and dizzy I though I had a bug and then after 2days of this I came on this the mother of all hellish periods the worst I've had by far I've had endometriosis for 6yrs but my right tube had been stuck to my bowel since I was 12 so I've always had period pains that make me pass out and be sick but over the years I've learnt when me body is giving me the signals to get myself sorted and top myself with good pain meds and hot water bottles at the ready so yeah as I was saying this one was the mother of all periods before I even started bleeding I had intense pain in my back, bowel and right side to the point I was sick and then when I came on it was my whole abdomen and pelvis along with my back I had to use 4 3 hot water bottles to keep it all warm and I pretty much slept and was sick for the whole week (my periods used to only be 3 days) so on the 5th day of being in bed i rang the dr and have asked him to refer me bk to my gyno as this is unreal and I thought it was bad before this one actually scared me x

I’m stage 4 and in pain day-In day-out. Period-type pains are obviously more prominent when I’m on but my daily pain is severe back ache and stomach pain 😐 xx

My consultant thinks my back pain is caused by the endo in my bowel. Do you know if you’re affected by endo in the bowel? Apparently back pain is one of the indicators for this xxx

My right tube is stuck to my bowel and has been since I was 12 but I don't know if the endo is there now as its only recently I have suffered with my back when I'm not on xx
