Due to part of my vagina being removed during endometrisosis surgery I've been told I need to have an elective c section. However I already have extensive adhesions due to endometrisosis and I've been advised this will more than likely make them worse. I have heard of surgeons using adhesion barriers to prevent there formation during c section and other laparotic surgery? Do any endometrisosis ladies have any experience of this? Is it even a possibility?

Yes help to stop one thing sticking to another but the new incisions will probably increase the overgrowth afterwards and add scars. I have also found nerve damage worse. Shorterm I found improved but Longterm more difficult operations. This disease unfortunately needs more research.
