I was diagnosed with endo 2 months ago and still haven't quite got my head around it. I am approaching 31 years old and am trying for a baby, I am absolutely petrified that I will not be able to have children as my right tube is also blocked and I had a "chocolate cyst" removed from my left ovary when I had my laparoscopy 2 months ago. has anybody else been/going through a similar situation, I just feel so alone with it all and worried.
Thank you x

I also have been diagnosed with endo (as well as adenomyosis) and have several chocolate cysts. And I am also trying for a baby and really worried about it.
What endo symptoms do you have?
How did they find out that your right tube is blocked?
I am beside myself with worry as when they done my laparoscopy they also done a dye test and found my right tube was blocked. my left tube is fine but that's the side that had the cyst. all my pain comes from the left hand side so my concern is if it comes back both sides then have problems I have heavy periods and bad period pain. what symptoms do you get?
Hi Rebecca I had surgery jan 2016 and they removed my left tube as a chocolate cyst had burst in it and my right tube was totally blocked and they said I would never have anymore kids and to be grateful for my 10yr old daughter then I was unwell come July 2016 and found out I was actually 6 weeks pregnant x
Thank you for your message. That is really reassuring. If you don't mind me asking did you conceive your second naturally? I have been warned there is a possibility I could need IVF x
Hi Rebecca I did conceive naturally, I only done the test as I was unwell and everyone kept saying I could be pregnant but they had told me I would never have anymore kids x
Long story short we were trying for 18mths, I was in excruciating pain every month I would literally get a week of no pain right before ovulation then it would hit and I would have to try and manage the pain. Eventually I was sent for a lap where they told us I had two blocked tubes and stage 2 endo.
Thankfully my consultant managed to clear one and we now have what I call a 25% chance of conceiving which is a lot more than I had when I went in. I will be 30 in April and my hubby is 35 and we are trying to see the positive side.
I have my follow up with my consultant on the 23rd. I think as worrying as it is being in this position I know I’m working and have more chance than some other couples so I try to count my blessings.
I wish you so u lots of luck and try to remember stress and worry aren’t helpful for both ur health and conceiving xx 💕
