OTT? or just helping myself?

Hi guys.. so I recently found out I had stage 4 endometriosis and had a laparoscopy to get rid of it. TTC at the moment so all I can do to stay clear of endo is through my diet as far as I know. So Ive cut down alot on gluten, dairy, most processed food and Im now eating loaads of greens, veges and fruits, almonds, lemon water and dosed up on vitamins, folic acid and omega 3 supplements. Some members of my family think Im going over the top, but Im just trying to turn my health around. Very much a foodie.. looove my burgers n chips n chocolate cakes etc so its been tough but if I want to conceive.. I have to make a lifestyle change.
