Foods to avoid

Hello, I’m new to the site I was diagnosed with stage 4 severe Endo in 2010 after a lot of visits to the doctor I finally had a lap in 2016 but didn’t make much difference and was worse 2 months later. The Endo effected my fertility, however I had a successful IVF pregnancy and my little one is now 6 months. Spending the last couple of years trying to get pregnant was very stressful. I have read quite a few stories online regarding changing my diet to help with the pain. Has anyone any recommendations of what to eat or not to eat?

Thanks x

Hi Kirst_Don,

There're quite a few books on endo diet. You may find this book useful: ‘Endometriosis – A key to healing through nutrition’ by Dian Shepperson Mills and Michael Vernon.
