Spotting for a week after Period

hello, I am 20 years old and I was diagnosed with PCOS (Poly Cystic Ovarian Syndrome) when I was 17. Since then I have tried many methods to regulate my periods but nothing really worked, I gained a lot of weight and was suffering from acne. Then I was put on the pill to regulate my periods and after about 6 months I got off the pill and my period was regular for 3 months after. Until then I had started doing sports and yoga and lost a lot of weight to go back to 53 kg. My last period that I had was after 2 months of no period and it was very light without any cramps but I have experienced spotting (for the first time) about a 2 weeks before my last period and also for regularly every day for a week after my period. I am really concerned to why that is. Has anybody experienced something similar and could advice me what to do?
