Hey I’ve been in nearly constant pain for 3 years I’ve been admitted into hospital on many occasions just to be diagnosed with ibs just recently I had an ultrasound which came back to say I have a ovarian cyst I’m very low in iron and doctors also think my body isn’t absorbing iron as I have been on iron medication for almost a year with no results I have constant abdominal pain which keeps me up most night and I constantly vomit I feel bloated just after having a morsel of food my usual pain is in my lower abdomen and my back and has recentlyade it’s way down to my right hip and thigh I’ve started getting really bad migraines to the point I have to stay in a pitch black room and nobody is allowed to talk

Has anyone got any advice on this or has anyone had similar symptoms

Thanks for any response 👍

Hey thanks for you’re reply very much appreciated I have been on strong painkillers for almost 2 years now and just lots of different medication my doctor recently found that I have an ovarian cyst so I don’t know if my stomach and hip pain is due to that or if it’s been caused by something else xx

With the migraines, look at your diet. Reduce fats, cheese, chocolate, sugar, red meat, Porkmeat totally, foods with estogen in soya totalky Then look at gluten and lactose if there's been no improvement after a mth. Get some strong painkillers from the doctor perhaps Codiadramol, some Belladona for spasm pain from health food shop. It could be Endo or immune and nerve pain.

Hey thanks for ur reply I’ve been controlling my diet a lot I used to have a lot of spice intake which I’ve totally cut out and chocolate I don’t eat cheese etc but I’ve been prescribed the highest dose of cocodamol for about 2 years but it stopped working so my doctor prescribed me a high dose of tramadol it just causes me to feel sick and sleepy

Tramadol I found the same problem. My TEN machine sometimes helps. Morphine is helpful, but I only take it to get a break from pain. Heat works well. Some anti depressants can help with the nerve pain and distress. I think I was exposed to chemicals as a young child including bleach, pesticides. Have you thought where your Endo came from?
