Can you go see a pain specialist? what treatment will work really depends on what the underlying cause of the pain is, whether it's a structural problem or central nervous system, which can stop working right and cause pain with no physical cause in chronic pain sufferers. I suffer both. I am on pregabalin to try to help central pain and have been offered trigger point injections for a structural pain caused by coccyx issues post surgery.

thank you so much I will do just that...how I wish someone can find cure for this thing it is really disturbing especially if you live with people who do not understand thanks

I know what you mean. For me it's been like wacamole the minute I get my head around one dimension of the disease another thing pops up out of nowhere to get me!

Totally I am exhausted all the time and have pain in my limbs and coccyx and ever since my excision I've had issues with food and digestion too. I have crashed and burned trying to return to work once and I am terrified it's gonna happen again.

I hope you do get to a pain clinic or pain specialist to get help. I've been onward referred to a pain psychologist who luckily has a cancellation tomorrow as well. Seems a bit weird but I will see how it goes.

I'm not up to full dose on pregabalin yet but it does at least knock me out at night so thank heavens at least sleep is better than it was.

Hang in there xxx

It usually does, I was unlucky and got viral meningitis on day 4 post op and was in hospital with that for a week. I developed coxxodynia from the multiple lumbar punctures and severe esophagitis from meds and extreme vomiting and stress. I don't know why but I've been left with central nervous system pain after all that.

I have lots for nausea I battle with it everyday though I am currently being tested for gastro stuff 😮 Peppermint oil tablets and peppermint in general helps for nausea 😉 Also try travel sickness bands if its constant nause but if its only now and again a few women take travel sickness tablets (I cant 😮) Some personally things that help me as well laying on my back when I get nauseous also gluten was a big one causing me nausea 🤔

I get a lot of pain in the tops of my thighs which tbh I now just put up with and have accepted it as just another pain 😣. Have you noticed patterns with your nausea? Is it pain related or could it perhaps be more gastro? I get nauseous at times but it’s when my pain is worse and that causes it x
